# How to register as a SDF member: 

 

  1. Enter ‘Login/register’ menu.
  2. Find “Don’t Have an Account? Register Here” below “Sign Up” button. [Figure: 02]
  3. Fill-up First Name, Last Name, Phone Number (Name should be real & phone number must be wone, we will send OTP in your phone to verification).
  4. Input Password (You may use Alphabet/Numeric/Special Characters and password minimum 8 digit. Please remember this password for next time login).

 

  1. Same password input in ‘Confirm Password’ field and click ‘Sign Up’ button to continue.
  2. You will receive OTP (one time password) in your phone SMS. Input OTP to verify phone number (OTP will expire after 120 seconds).
  3. After phone verification full registration form will open. You can see [Figure: 03].
  4. Please fill up all * mark mandatory field.

 

  1. Profile photo and NID photo not mandatory but encourage to provide. (Every photo must be below 2.0 MB)
  2. If you are not interested in providing NID number, you may input 123456.
  3. Click ‘Submit Profile’ button to submit your form, you will auto logout and show login screen.
  4. Please wait for website admin approval to active your membership. It may take maximum 24 hours.
  5. After admin approval you can log in with your phone number & password.

 

  1. If you forget password, you can reset your password by ‘Forgot Your Password?’ option OR conducting website admin.

# WhatsApp live chat:

Available in ‘Home’ menu screen (Right side below), you may knock in WhatsApp live chat for any kind of help. [Figure: 04]

# Donation input process: 

Basically, you have to deposit donations manually. Copy-paste transection ID and other information to confirm include your donation in our database. 

  1. Anyone can donate minimum 20 tk from ‘Home’ menu. [Figure: 05]

 

  1. You may donate via bKash payment (01886880299/ 01805003282) OR, Roket personal (01886880299) OR, Nagod personal (01886880299) OR, Janata Bank PLC (AC: 0100256191461, Sanatani Development Foundation, Badda branch, Dhaka).
  2. Input exact amount in ‘Amount’ field.
  3. Provide your registered phone number in reference field at mobile banking donation.
  4. Copy-Paste transection ID in ‘Payment Confirmation’ box and click ‘Confirm Payment’ button. In the case of donation via Janata Bank account input your sender bank & branch name. [Figure: 06]

 

 

  1. Only selected registered members permitted for donation collection from outside of SDF member. They can deposit collected donations from login status. In that case must be select ‘Collected Donation’ in ‘Select Fund’ field and select 'Yes’ in ‘Field Collection’ box.[Figure: 07]

# Donation confirmation SMS and Money Receipt:

 

When your donation input approved by SDF head of accountant you will receive confirmation phone SMS. After confirmation SMS donors can download digital money receipt by logging into website with phone number & password as a member. If donors are not registered on the website, they can login from ‘Donor Login’ option. [Figure: 08]

# Member Dashboard: 

When you log in as a registered member, you can see surprising Menu Bar including Notices, Committee, My Donations, Profile etc. 

On the other hand, SDF admins can communicate with you via SMS/Call/WhatsApp from your member profile.

Any time you can update profile information and change password yourself. You can see your all donation history with money receipt download facility. Also get special updates from ‘Notices’ menu. [Figure: 09]
